We're looking for a creative and organised Fundraising & Communications Coordinator to help grow awareness of OTR's work and inspire support for the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you'll lead on social media, digital marketing, email communications, and community fundraising activity, creating engaging content, visual assets and campaigns that connect audiences with OTR's mission and encourage meaningful involvement. From developing social media content and newsletters to producing eye-catching fundraising materials and supporter communications, you'll help tell OTR's story in ways that engage new audiences and encourage people to get involved.
This is a varied and rewarding role that blends communications, creativity, supporter engagement, and fundraising. You'll build relationships with fundraisers, donors, community groups and local businesses, coordinate fundraising initiatives, develop compelling digital and visual content -, and use data and insight to improve performance and engagement.
We're committed to supporting learning and development. As part of the role, you'll have the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 Fundraiser Apprenticeship, embedded within your working hours and combining practical experience with accredited training to support your professional growth and progression within OTR.
