One of the referees must be your current or most recent employer.
We won’t contact your referees until after we’ve made you an offer of employment.
Be sure to include training as well as formal education. We’re interested in all of it!
Include any voluntary experience here as well as any gaps in employment for things like travel, family or sickness.
Be sure to use the person specification to help you write your statement and please don’t write more than 1000 words.
If you do not have a Core Profession and need to apply via the KSA route please download the KSA Guidelines and Statement forms below. For the initial application process you must provide statements for KSA Criteria 2, 6, 8 and 14. If you are invited for an interview any offer of a training place will be conditional on the remaining KSA criteria being completed. The KSA statements need to be submitted with your application. You won't need to provide any evidence, just complete the statement sections (approx. 500 words per statement at this stage).
