We are seeking a highly organised individual to develop and implement tools, processes and systems to monitor, evaluate and learn from our work. The Impact Coordinator will enable OTR to improve our offer for young people and better articulate the changes we make in their lives.
Working alongside our senior management team and colleagues you will help develop and embed tools, processes and systems to monitor, evaluate and learn from our work. You will help co-ordinate the ongoing collection of data and ensure our reporting deadlines are met. As a result, we will be able to improve our offer for young people and better articulate the changes we make on their lives.
You will have demonstrable experience of developing data outcome measures and ensuring data systems are maintained so that information can be captured in an effective and timely manner. You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks, have outstanding IT skills and an eye for detail. You will also need to be able to convey credible information and have a collaborative approach, being able to work alongside and create relations with teams across the organisation.
