OTR’s Project ZAZI are looking to recruit a new Youth & Community Development Worker to work primarily within inner city communities and secondary schools for the Zazi team.

The post holder will provide support to young people through both 1:1 and group sessions in relation to young people’s wellbeing and mental health, coordinating with schoold, colleges, and other young organisations across Bristol & South Glos. Additionally, they'll engage with communities and other services to promote positive mental health through events, workshops, and other co-created initiatives, promoting Zazi to young Black People and People of Colour.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel to community and school settings, be confident working independently as well as within a team, is patient and compassionate, resilient and upholds confidentiality through all that they do.
