Salary: OTR Band D | Starting salary £39,367 - £41,846 (depending on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity to head our Talking Therapies team, supporting the delivery of high quality services to Children & Young People (CYP) and ensuring that our therapists have the support and supervision needed to do so.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working with young people with complex needs and ideally supervising practitioners working with young people around mental health. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing people and teams, service delivery as well as safeguarding, confidentiality and risk.
