OTR are looking for a highly organised and experienced Business & Executive Support Manager to work as part of the HIVE team (our central support hub), leading on facilities and resources, and providing executive support to the CEO.

This role will oversee all aspects of buildings and facilities management and maintenance, contractor and partner relationships, GDPR and health, safety and security to ensure safe, effective and well resourced premises for OTR staff, volunteers and service users. Additionally, this role will lead in procurement, ensuring value for money and ethical purchasing processes are followed in line with OTR policies.

This role will also support the CEO administratively, including being the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the CEO, email and calendar management, creating reports as requested, and taking accurate minutes for meetings involving the CEO and senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, with experience of facilities management, procurement and managing subcontractors and supplier relationships, and supporting a CEO in their day-to-day tasks. You will be highly organised, work with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage a complex and varied workload. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to produce quality and timely information, advice, and practical support to a variety of stakeholders, as well the ability to negotiate robustly on behalf of OTR.
