OTR (Off the Record Bristol) is a mental health social movement by and for young people. The charity is at an exciting stage of its organisational growth and proud to be reaching more young people than ever before across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset with creative and diverse mental health and wellbeing info and support.
These new, influential roles are now essential in supporting OTR to realise its ambitions for young people. With a focus on both service delivery and income generation, these roles are vital to our efforts to deliver OTR's 'Reaching Further' Operational Plan and longer-term organisational plans.

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary individual to lead and develop our services for young people. In line with our delivery philosophy and the values that we hold about the work that we do, this role will provide operational leadership across OTR and ensure that we continue to offer safe, flexible, creative and responsive services to young people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our efforts to secure income from grants to enable OTR to promote, support and defend young people’s mental health in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This new role will be vital to achieving our exciting plans to grow our impact and improve our financial sustainability.

OTR is looking for a talented individual to lead our creative efforts to secure income from individual, community and corporate supporters across Bristol, South Glos, North Somerset and beyond. The Fundraising Manager will also develop new avenues of fundraising to grow our unrestricted income, with a focus on growing major donor income. This is a rich and diverse new role at OTR with lots of scope to mould fundraising practice and delivery at OTR.
