Please note that a condition of any job offer or placement here at OTR is a willingness to work with difference. You will also need to be willing to work across our entire age range – from 11-25 and to engage with the full diversity of issues that young people can and do bring to OTR.

Work Experience

At the moment, we do not have the resource to take on work experience placements. We do however recognise the value of work experience and would encourage anyone interested in OTR to look at our volunteering and Peer Navigator opportunities as an exciting addition to a CV.
